When logged into your portal, you can see which players are online or offline and when they last connected.

In the portal you can see which campaign or loop is assigned to each player. You can also see more detailed diagnostics as to which files are on your device as well as how much space is left on your device. Our players come equipped with 16 GB, although more space is available upon request.

The player only needs the internet to receive updates.

The player is configured to continue working when the internet goes down. When it reconnects it will talk to the portal to see what updates you’ve pushed since it last connected.
