DIM has always kept ahead of the curve when it comes to implementing new innovations to improve the efficiency of their practice, and decided to bolster their patient experience and acquisition efforts by implementing digital signage.

Prior to working with Screenfluence, all patient communication and educated was relegated to the use of brochures that often went unnoticed. Our goal in working with DIM was to communicate with the waiting room audience key health tips, available procedures and products that aided in preventative dentistry.


More Orthodontic Requests

Upon a year-end review, DIM determined that the implementation was an overwhelming success. Patients in the waiting room are generally a captive audience; this gives the practice a rare opportunity to communicate and educate the patient on a variety of topics. DIM was successfully able to leverage this new dynamic to increase patient awareness and generate organic patient conversations – ultimately leading to an increase in revenue.
